
「八九・六四」天安門事件學生領袖吾爾開希將訪問日本,將參加在日本東京早稲田奉仕園舉辦的「八九・六四」天安門事件37週年悼念集會、燭光晚會、寫真資料展。并在日本外国特派員協會發表演講、召開記者會。










吾爾開希簡介
吾爾開希(維吾爾語:Uerkesh Davlet)為知名中國民主運動人士、政治評論員及1989 年天安門學生運動主要領袖之一。1968 年出生於中國,1989 年參與並組織北京天安門民主運動,為當時最具代表性的學生領袖之一。六四事件後,被中國政府列為頭號通緝學生領袖名單第二位,其後流亡海外。
三十多年來,吾爾開希持續投入民主、人權與自由價值倡議工作,並參與創立「中國民主聯合陣線」等海外民主運動組織,長期關注中國政治發展及國際民主安全議題。
他是國際媒體廣泛引用的中國政治評論人士,評論與專訪刊登於《紐約時報》、《華盛頓郵報》、《華爾街日報》、《衛報》及CNN 等國際媒體,並曾多次受邀參與CNN《Amanpour》、BBC《HARDtalk》等國際政論節目。
目前定居台灣,持續以人權工作者、專欄作家、紀錄片製作人及公共知識分子身分,關注中國威權擴張、維吾爾人權危機、香港民主運動以及台灣在國際民主陣營中的角色。
近年他多次於美國國會聽證會及與美國政界高層交流中,公開批評西方民主國家對中國共產政權長期採取「綏靖政策(appeasement)」之風險與後果,其觀點在美國政策圈廣受關注。

Wu’er Kaixi Short Biography
Wu’er Kaixi (Uyghur: Uerkesh Davlet) is a prominent Chinese democracy activist,political commentator, and former student leader of the 1989 Tiananmen Movement in China. Born in 1968, he became one of the principal organizers and spokespersons of the pro-democracy movement centered in Beijing’s Tiananmen Square. Following the June 4 crackdown, he was listed as No. 2 on the Chinese government’s mostwanted student leaders list and subsequently fled into exile.
For more than three decades, Wu’er Kaixi has remained an influential voice advocating for democracy, human rights, and freedom in China and beyond. He helped establish the Federation for a Democratic China and has worked closely with numerous international democracy and human rights organizations.
A widely recognized commentator on Chinese politics and international affairs, his writings and interviews have appeared in major international media outlets including The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, The Guardian, and CNN. He has also appeared on prominent political programs such as CNN’s Amanpour and BBC’s HARDtalk.
Currently based in Taiwan, Wu’er Kaixi continues his work as a human rights advocate, columnist, documentary film producer, and public intellectual. His advocacy focuses on issues including authoritarianism in China, the Uyghur genocide, the Hong Kong democracy movement, and Taiwan’s role within the international democratic community.
His remarks criticizing the West’s long-standing “appeasement” policy toward the Chinese Communist regime have received significant attention within policy circles in the United States and Europe, including during testimony before the U.S. Congress and meetings with senior American political leaders.
