每年的「3•10」，是西藏人民自由抗暴纪念日。

　1959年3月10日那天，西藏三区成千上万的僧俗民众在首都拉萨殊途同归，揭竿而起和平抗议中共武力侵占西藏，并血腥镇压西藏人民，迄今已是63週年了。故曰：西藏自由抗暴日（Tibetan Uprising Day）。藏汉人民不会忘却西藏人民用生命与鲜血写下的日子，这也是藏汉人民共同反对中共专制统治的团结之日、友谊之日。

一、通过纪念活动，警示世人永远牢记中共独裁统治者对藏人犯下的种族灭绝之罪恶。牢记达赖喇嘛尊者的教诲：汉藏之间存在矛盾，源于中共的专制统治，这些问题是人为造成的。世界上人为制造的麻烦比比皆是，人为制造的难题，需要人们共同去沟通、去化解，通过增进接触与交流，了解真相，共同承担起寻求和解的责任。

二、通过纪念活动，也是尊重与爱戴达赖喇嘛尊者的具体行动与仪式，相信尊者的率直和恳切，相信尊者的仁慈和爱心，播种爱与慈悲的人是伟大的，神圣的，他给世界人民的和平立功、立德、立言，将永垂世界和平之史册。

三、通过纪念活动，我们坚持达赖喇嘛尊者倡导、藏人行政中央秉持的「中间道路」政策。达赖喇嘛尊者为了化解藏中冲突和平解决西藏问题、为了保护西藏的语言、文化和宗教，以及西藏人民的生存之路，也是在藏汉民族平等互利、维持稳定与和睦相处的基础上，而提出这一主张或途径。这也是西藏人民经过民主方式讨论后确定的基本政策。尊者提出的「中间道路」政策，是化解汉藏矛盾的基础，是解决西藏问题的出路和方向，也是推动和促进汉藏民间交流和谅解最可行的解决方案。

疫情以来，由藏汉两族民间人士，第二次举办这样的全球网络纪念活动，我们欢迎全球各国各地的朋友参与。处理中共在汉藏两个民族之间制造的矛盾和冲突，不要执着于「你」与「我」，而是凸显「我们」，让我们共同来担待，要保持彼此之间的友情，互相理解，互相支持，争取双赢互利的结果。

Support the “Middle Way Approach”, Harmony between the Tibetan and the Chinese People

—— Joint Commemoration of the 63rd anniversary on “March 10th” of Tibet’s Uprising

 63 years ago, on March 10, 1959 hundreds thousands of monks and Tibeten people came to Lhasa to protest peacefully against the CCP’s military occupation of Tibet. It ended through the bloody suppression and his Holiness Dalai Lama has to flee to Indien.  The Tibetan Uprising Day will never be forgotten. It is a day of blood and tears. it is a day of shame and regret.

The Tibeten and Chinese all over the world want to commemorate this day year by year, we remind the world that the cultural and religious genocide is still continuing in Tibet under the CCP government. His Holiness Dalai Lama and hundred thousands of Tibetan are still living in exile.

The contradiction and hostility between the Tibeten and Han people are originated from the autocratic rule and racial propaganda of the CCP. The Chinese need to receive the historic truth about Tibet and the genuine spirit of the buddhism as well as the teaching of kindness and compassion of his Holiness Dalai Lama.  The reconciliation is definitely possible.

The Middle Way Approach proposed by the Dalai Lama is a wise and feasible roadmap to solve the Tibet issue peacefully. To provide genuine autonomy, guarantee for their culture, religion and national identity is the borderline.

It pursued a mutually-beneficial policy both for Tibeten and Chinese people.

It seems that the hegemonial thinking of the CCP prevents it to respond to the proposal, yet we believe if the common Chinese understand the true content of the proposal, they will support it.The Middle Way Approach could be the vision of a peaceful co-existence of  both folks.

Since the pandemic outbreak, it is the second time that the Tibetan and Han nationalities have held such a global online commemorative event. We welcome friends from all over the world to participate. To deal with the contradictions and conflicts created by the CCP between the two ethnic groups, Han and Tibetans, don’t be obsessed with “you” and “me”, but highlight “we”, let us handle it together, maintain friendship and understand each other , support each other and strive for win-win and mutually beneficial results.
